Customer Reviews about State Police:
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was threaten fifteen minutes before I hearing for a speeding voilation that gave me a legal right to be there.I got there early and on arrival,I went into the thrift store and spent 25.50 out of the 26 I had in my wallet.then i procreed walking down main street enjoying the history of a small town forgotten.I went into a bank where the people was friendly directing me to a bank acoss main street,in which i withdrew 40 dollars, paying a 2,99 fee to have money in my pocket to enjoy this small out of way town/I walked back to my truck which I had parked in front of as I tour the town.I took a walk down route to on foot, talking to people til I reached the river I crossed.in which I was immediately pulled over within 3 tenths of a mile from where the officer did an immediate turn around at the end of the 4 lane high that had a speed limit posting with less light than intersection,as I walked this 5 minute drive,I saw to officer driving back and forth, not city cops, but state police.pulling people over and even one where the citiation was already written and serve before getting license or regestration and proof of insurance.I minded my own business broke no laws.I took pictures of last speed sign as you crossed the bridge into this beautiful small town,it was 45 until right after you crossed the bridge, yet the last speed limit sign going out of town was 40,lina strange you can come into town faster the leaving it.I believe in justice if you break the law you pay the time. This is my opinion about this small section of Highway,it a speed trap and entrapment is against the law,but as I walked back to where my truck was,I decided to set at a table outside a wonderful little resturaunt and ordered chicken wings for 8.00,leaving a 4.00 tip, because the waitress was very polite,so I took a picture of the outside of restuant, then went inside.asked if they cared if I took picture to share this amazing hidden gem with people I know, during which I said the reason I was there and verbal voice my opinion believing this was a speeding trap and I would be blogging about it as my opinion, not fact. This town has the right of innocence until proven quilty as a united state citizen is .Now I have been in town for hours breaking no laws,as a state trooper past by as I was sitting at the table outside the resturaunt I had just ate at,for less than then 2 minutes when a state trooper pulled in past the restaurant,I did nothing wrong yet he yelled from the corner come here,I looked up and pointed at myself, asking if he was refering to me.He didnt reply yes,but took his hand and made a signal by nodding his head and pulling his finger like I was a dog that broke his leash and He was my owner say jump and obey your master.I went over to him with another officer standing there trying to be intimadating instead of protecting and serving as he was hired to do.My answer was shory and direct which there are witness to back what Im saying.I answer his question, handed him my license as he request and trying to intimmediate me because he had a statepolice badge on main street with the local police station across the street,so why was a state officer interigating me,just before I was do to go in for my hearing.I was going to plead not quilty and explain what happen,if found quilty set up a plan to pay the 142.00 ticket and walk away.I changed my mind after being created like a criminal,by a state police officer that just threaen me to immediate leave town after my hearing and that Im not welcome in that town.Im a very confused citizen.I want to know a state police badge give you a right to belittle a tax paying citizen for over 30years and be threaten to be put in jail,if I hadnt commited a crime and the officer ended up being the one I saw pull over the truck, which I stated unknowingly to him as an example why my opinion its a speed trap, then he became irrate with his temper,as an american I hope none breaks even a minor law in front of him or cross him like I have with this statement, because time will tell if he apologize or crucifies me,like christBy clyde cruz, December 16, 2016
